Finished size and starting material

Give the finished diameter or radius and say whether it is measured inside, outside or to the centre line. Your estimate of the blank length is useful, but the office may correct the cutting length and allow material for trimming.

Plate and flat bar

Our plate rollers are single-pinch rollers. Straight ends can remain and removing them takes additional handling. Capacity depends on material, thickness and width; a narrow strip and a full-width sheet are different jobs. The largest round-bar groove is 16 mm; suitability still needs review.

Sections and hoops

The small section rollers use a pyramid arrangement. Straight ends normally need to be cut off for a continuous hoop, so allow extra material for trimming. Section size alone does not confirm capacity; tell us the wall thickness, material and required radius.

Finishing and collection

Workshop time, trimming, finishing and any delivery are agreed in the quotation. Materials and processing can be quoted together for collection.
